Todd Smith

Todd Smith brings both professional experience and lived recovery perspective to his leadership role at Mission Mountain Recovery & Wellness. With 11 years in sustained recovery and 6 years of experience in the substance use treatment field, he provides organizational leadership and clinical direction grounded in accountability, structure, and evidence-based care

Rose Smith

Rose Smith oversees daily operations and service delivery support at Mission Mountain Recovery & Wellness. With 10 years in recovery and experience spanning peer support, mentorship, and behavioral health operations, she brings a strong commitment to structure, consistency, and compassionate care.

Compliance & Billing Manager

Mikayla Kipp

Mikayla Kipp oversees billing operations, documentation integrity, and compliance support at Mission Mountain Recovery & Wellness. With more than four years of experience in medical billing and healthcare compliance, she helps ensure accurate processes and accountability across the organization.

Her work supports efficient service delivery while maintaining the high standards of professionalism.

Ramah McDonald Vulles

Ramah McDonald Vulles provides recovery-focused peer support services that help individuals build connection, accountability, and long-term recovery skills. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Certified Wellbriety Facilitator, and brings both professional experience and personal recovery perspective to her work.

Executive Director / Clinical Leadership

Todd Smith

The Executive Director provides overall organizational leadership and clinical direction for Mission Mountain Recovery and Wellness, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with evidence-based practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational values.

Todd has 11 years in sustained recovery and 6 years of professional experience in the substance use treatment field. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with additional academic focus in substance use disorders.

His clinical experience includes direct service delivery and program leadership within recovery-oriented treatment settings, supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. He has worked in structured clinical environments providing services consistent with licensing and supervision requirements and is actively engaged in continued professional advancement within the behavioral health field.

His leadership approach emphasizes structured care, accountability, and continuity of recovery support systems.

Director of Operations / Leadership

Rose Smith

The Director of Operations oversees day-to-day organizational functions, including program operations, staff coordination, and service delivery support.
Rose has 10 years in recovery and began her professional work in the behavioral health field in 2018 through adolescent mentorship and recovery support. Working closely with adolescents experiencing co-occurring challenges, including mental health concerns, substance use, self-harm behaviors, and suicidal ideation, providing mentorship and recovery-oriented support.

In 2020, she transitioned into the substance use treatment field, initially serving as a Peer Support Specialist before advancing into operational and leadership roles.

Her experience includes direct client engagement, peer-based support services, and operational coordination within recovery-focused treatment settings. Her leadership approach emphasizes structure, consistency, accountability, and supporting effective service delivery across both clinical and administrative teams.

Compliance & Billing Manager

Mikayla Kipp

The Compliance and Billing Manager oversees billing operations, documentation integrity, and compliance support systems to ensure accurate and ethical financial and clinical recordkeeping.

Mikayla has 4.5 years of experience in medical billing and compliance within healthcare settings, with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation processes and supporting regulatory adherence. She brings lived experience as part of a family impacted by substance use & Co-occurring disorders, giving her a deep understanding of the importance of structure, accountability, and compassionate systems of care.

Her role includes supporting Medicaid & Insurance billing workflows, assisting with EHR documentation standards, and ensuring alignment between operational processes and compliance requirements. She plays a key role in maintaining organizational accountability and administrative structure.

Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist

Ramah McDonald Vulles

The Behavior Health Peer Support Specialist provides recovery support services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring challenges, with a focus on engagement, accountability, and sustained recovery.

Ramah brings three and a half years of professional experience in peer support and five years of sustained personal recovery. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and a Certified Wellbriety Facilitator.

Her experience includes providing peer-based support within structured recovery settings, including facilitating Wellbriety groups that incorporate culturally grounded principles of healing, connection, and balance. She works with individuals to strengthen engagement in services, build recovery skills, and connect with community-based resources.

She is a proud member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and is committed to serving both Native and non-Native communities through culturally responsive and respectful care. Her approach emphasizes walking alongside individuals in their recovery journey while supporting the development of hope, resilience, and long-term recovery.
